Jake Lilley AIA Principal Architect Originally from England, Jake founded JACOB LILLEY ARCHITECTS after 6 years as a Principal at Lilley-Dadagian Architects, and before then as a Project Director for the nationally recognized Architecture, Planning and Landscape firm of Wallace Roberts and Todd in Philadelphia. Prior to Wallace Roberts and Todd, Jake worked at GUND Partnership in Cambridge, Massachusetts for six years as a Senior Designer with the Independent School Studio, and as a designer for the office of Hoffman O'Brien Look Taube & Chiang in Ithaca, New York. Jake received his Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University, and currently is a Board Member on the Wellesley Historical Commission. Kristin Oliveri Office manger A local Shrewsbury resident and 1990 graduate of University of Massachusetts Amherst, Kristin’s has developed a broad view of the architectural industry as the office manager for a large construction company. At JLA Kristen brings not only years of accounting experience, but a skilled eye in assisting in our marketing efforts and research. Kristen has developed a love for old buildings and urban spaces and when not being immersed in all things building related likes to coach girls basketball, cooking, and gardening. Michele Adrian Project Architect Michele Adrian graduated the Universidad Central De Venezuela, Department of Architecture and Urban Design in Caracas Venezuela with a degree in Architecture. Since 1992 Michele has practiced architecture in Caracas, Miami Florida, New York City, and Boston, where in 2000 she co-founded WANTE, an award-winning landscape firm dedicated to projects in the public realm. She then became a project architect for the office of Peter Rose Architects in Cambridge MA where she worked on custom residential projects. For the past 6 years, and before joining JLA Architects she was a principal at Leonardi Aray Architects where she was project manager and architect for several residential and small commercial projects. Michele has been a guest critic in Harvard Graduate School of Design and Wentworth Institute of Technology, where she was an adjunct faculty member as well as a lecturer. In her free time Michele enjoys biking, soccer, skiing and is an avid runner. Erald Kolici Senior Designer In 2009 Erald graduated from The Polytechnic University of Tirana, where he received a Master of Architecture. He has since worked for several architectural design studios and in 2010 was part of the project team that redesigned the Parliament Building for the Republic of Albania. In 2013 he co-founded Agora Architecture Studio in Tirana were he focused mostly on residential buildings and interiors until joining JLA. His interests are photography, painting, traveling and sports. For Erald, architecture is not only a job. It is his biggest passion.
